This beautiful beach house bedroom. From the ocean view to the barrel ceiling it is just stunning!
Sometimes you want to incorporate a large coffee table without having it custom made.

Design tip: Place two together the create that oversized look + feel for double the fun! When/if the family needs to move them out of the way they’re easy to separate. If you zoom in, you will see that these have a linen texture on them which adds to the coastal vibe of this game room space. We also dig the brass caps, which is a subtle detail that complements the other brass accents in this room. What do you think: would you try two tables instead of one in your home?

The Game Room
There are so many notable design details in this space, including the trio of beaded chandeliers, the square navy tile behind the sinkless (!) bar, the oak brackets for the open shelves that we designed with inlaid brass, the loads of storage we created with the custom built-in and can we talk about that arched ceiling and those contrasting beams?! We envision our clients enjoying many a game + movie night in here for years to come. Swipe left to see more and share your thoughts about this space with us in the comments below.
Who else is planning some quality poolside time today?! 👙
The pendants over the island, the symmetry created in this space, the tile backsplash, the touch of blue on the island, the texture on the stools and the range you can peep in the background. We pretty much love it all!! What’s your favorite feature?
If you have space for a wine cellar in your home, why not put it on full display! As wine lovers, we are smitten with this feature we designed. We chose to keep it simple by pairing (see what we did there? 😉 the black iron grid with a warm wood interior to complement the finishes throughout this home and we are confident it will be enjoyed for years to come.🍷
This custom mobile is a showstopper and will forever be one of our favorite installations. If you zoom in, you can see that it is made of brass and silver fish and tiny glass baubles, fitting for an ocean front home if we do say so ourselves! Spanning two levels, you can enjoy it’s beauty from the main floor and from the second floor above. We added lighting around the perimeter to further enhance its wow factor when lit. ✨

DETAILS :: The steam shower in the owner’s en suite sports the prettiest pale blue tile with just a hint of variation and shimmer that really pops behind the black grid shower doors. We opted for tile-in linear drains for this shower, making the drains nearly invisible on the shower floors. Who here is team linear drain?! ✋
The mud room sports a coat closet, a “pandemic room” complete with an extra fridge and freezer, and direct access to the garage, the front porch and the house next door, which the homeowners own as well. The pale blue-green grasscloth wallpaper paired with the white board + batten is one of our favorite combos. The linen roman shades add a finishing touch. And can we talk about this chevron tile floor?!✨
Walk-in Closet at owner’s suite. The island is a custom design and includes his + hers pull-out hampers and plenty of storage. And just look at all that natural light!!✨
